Disaster Loan Application website at it is up and running with a few ways small businesses and non-profits can apply until the full application site is restored. Applicants will need to download a copy of the application and submit it in the following ways:

 Any information you send to SBA via email is sent via an unsecured email link. Due to the nature of the Internet, it is possible that unsecured email could be intercepted by third parties. Attachments that you email to the SBA cannot be larger than 5MB due to the SBA’s size limitations on emails.

Right now applicants cannot access the full site. Those with existing applications submitted please check back once the site is back up to update or add information to your application.  There is no need to begin a new application.  SBA is working another upgrade to the system that will be quicker and have more bandwidth to handle all those seeking assistance.

Join us for the latest information about SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan program. These sessions will cover the basics of the program and answer questions about the application material, process and how to apply for SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans through the SBA’s website.


Join SBA Arkansas District Office and SBA Partners for an online information session to help small businesses in filling out the EIDL application. We will review the requirements for filing, document requirements and forms.


The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center is offering several no-cost webinars to help business owners respond to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

  • Applying for SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans,” 10 a.m. March 31 or 2 p.m. April 2 – Many Arkansas small businesses and non-profits are eligible for the Small Business Administration’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program. Learn about program requirements, how to apply and what to expect. ASBTDC will repeat the EIDL webinar each Tuesday and Thursday through April.
  • Take Your Business Online,” 10 a.m. April 1 – Hear about steps you can take to move business online and keep sales coming.

  • Connecting to Capital,” 2 p.m. April 2 – The Economic Injury Disaster Loan isn’t the right option for every business. Learn about other capital options.
