[ARCHIVED] Mayor McClendon's Small Restaurant Reinvestment Initiative
Thanks to the West Memphis Advertising and Promotion Commission, the idea is simple applicants must be a small restaurant whose sales are generated by at least 50% prepared food and be in good standing with the state and city governments with up-to-date tax and sales tax payments, hold a city privilege license, any required state permits, and have made six consecutive monthly A&P tax payments they can receive up to $5,000 to help pay utilities, buy outdoor furniture, upgrade kitchen equipment or any operating expense except salary and wages.
