The Design and Review Commission works with the Community Development Department and strives on promoting the limitless opportunities in West Memphis. We review proposed building projects to accommodate the construction codes adopted by the State of Arkansas and the City of West Memphis. he team reviews and analyzes construction plans, issues permits, and performs periodic inspections of residential, commercial and city owned public projects. Our team is focused on the safety and accessibility of our residents in built environments.
