Grow West Memphis 2040 was adopted by the City in 2019. Key recomendations included the update of the West Memphis Zoning Code to reflect the provisions of the plan. The City authorized this update in the fall of 2020 and the code has been fully revised to reflect Grow West Memphis 2040.
