Chick-fil-A plans to bring as many as 80 full and part-time jobs to the community. The 4,869 square foot restaurant will feature a dual-lane drive-thru, 110-seat dining room, an indoor playground area and 78 parking spaces. The following statement was provided by Chick-fil-A. “While we are still early in the process, Chick-fil-A is happy to share that we have chosen our first location in the West Memphis, AR area and we anticipate breaking ground on Monday, February 24 on the new project. We look forward to building the new location and have enjoyed working through the approval process with the city. We are excited by the prospect of joining this growing community and tentatively anticipate a summer 2020 opening. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity we will have to serve new guests’ delicious food in an environment of genuine hospitality.”
