Welcome to the City of West Memphis Finance Department.

The Finance Department is dedicated to providing quality, efficient, and accurate financial services and is focused on delivering excellence in organizational and community needs. The department has a fiduciary responsibility to safeguard the City’s financial assets and manage its financial resources in accordance with the goals of the Mayor and City Council, in compliance with applicable laws and generally accepted accounting and financial principles.

Led by department director Tori Perry, and her staff of dedicated employees, the department provides a wide range of professional services including: Accounting, Financial Management, Public Utilities, Compliance and Resolution, and Fiscal Shared Services. The Finance Department additionally provides financial oversight of the City’s Employee Benefits Programs, Risk Management, Fire and Police Pension Funds and so much more.
